1. Use licence

We grant you permission to temporarily download a single copy of the materials (information or software) on the UseViral website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under it you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display whether commercial or non-commercial;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software contained on the UseViral website;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person, or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

2. Personal, non-commercial use only

UseViral provides its Services strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use of our products or Services is expressly prohibited. To keep the Services lawful and to protect our users, the following apply:

• You agree not to use our products or Services for any commercial purpose whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, promoting or advertising any business, product, or service; generating income or revenue; obtaining any form of commercial advantage; or influencing potential customers or business partners.
• You will not use any indicator of social-media influence obtained through our Services (including, without limitation, followers, likes, views, plays, or comments) to represent your influence or importance in any commercial context.
• You acknowledge that using artificially inflated social-media metrics for any commercial purpose may constitute an unfair or deceptive practice under the laws that apply to you.
• If you are a business, or acting on behalf of a business entity, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services.
• UseViral reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services immediately for any user found to breach this section or any applicable law on the commercial use of social-media metrics.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including those on unfair or deceptive practices in commerce.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on the UseViral website are provided “as is”. UseViral makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights. UseViral does not warrant or make any representation concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials on its website or of any site linked to it.

4. Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall UseViral or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or damages arising from business interruption) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials on the UseViral website, even if UseViral or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Billing

Payments on UseViral are processed through secure, verified payment gateways, and no sensitive financial information is entered directly on our website. Our payment pages use 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Payment processing. Payments are processed by UseViral and/or its appointed payment processors.
• Your agreement. By purchasing our Services, you confirm that you clearly understand what you are buying, that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide, and that you will not file a fraudulent dispute with your card issuer or other payment institution.
• Fraudulent disputes. In the event of a fraudulent dispute or chargeback, UseViral reserves the right, where necessary, to reset any engagement already delivered, terminate your account, and/or block your IP address, and will submit all relevant evidence to the payment provider. You acknowledge that chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will not be initiated without first contacting our support team to resolve any issue.
• Discounts. Discounts cannot be combined: each order receives at most one discount (the member discount, a referral discount, Growth Pack savings or a promotional code). Orders paid with credits are charged the full price: no discount applies to them.

6. Revisions and errata

The materials appearing on the UseViral website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. UseViral does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current, and may change them at any time without notice. UseViral does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

7. Links

UseViral has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by UseViral of that site, and you use any such linked site at your own risk.

8. Changes to these Terms

UseViral may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the version of these Terms then in force. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.

9. Governing law

Any claim relating to the UseViral website is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, in Dubai, for the resolution of any dispute. Our general terms and conditions apply to your use of this website.

11. Service

The following apply to the Services:

• UseViral is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, Meta, Google, Spotify, Twitch, LinkedIn, SoundCloud, ByteDance, or any of their third-party partners in any way.
• It is your sole responsibility to comply with the rules of each platform and with any legislation that applies to you. You use UseViral at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for your actions or their consequences, including if your account on any platform is restricted or banned for any reason.
• We only require the public username, profile, post, or video URL for your target in order to deliver your order. We do not ask for or store the password to your social-media account, and we do not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your username to any third party.
• While we cannot guarantee the exact number of followers, likes, views, plays, or other engagement you will receive, we do our utmost to meet your expectations. If an order is not fully delivered, contact our support team and we will make it right.
• We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Services.
• It is your sole responsibility to keep your account and the target profile, post, or video public (and not to change your username) while an order is being delivered. Any downtime caused by switching to private or changing a username does not entitle you to a refund for that period.
• By purchasing a Service, you affirm that you clearly understand what you are buying and agree not to file a fraudulent dispute with your payment processor. Any chargeback may result in a permanent ban from the Services and the removal of any engagement previously provided.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw all or any part of the Services or their content without notice and without incurring liability.

12. Refunds — general policy

Customers who are not satisfied with our followers, likes, views, plays, comments, or other engagement Services may request a refund within the first 30 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase. Refund requests must be initiated through our customer-support team, reachable by email at support@useviral.com. This summary works alongside our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Refunds — exclusions

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Free credits or promotional services.
• Services that have been fully delivered and confirmed.
• Orders on accounts that have violated these Terms.

14. Refunds — process

• To initiate a refund request, contact our support team with your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
• Our team will review the request and inform you within 3–5 business days whether it has been approved or declined.
• If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method, generally within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

15. Refunds — right to deny and inquiries

UseViral reserves the right to deny a refund request where there is any attempt to abuse or exploit the refund policy, where the same customer makes multiple refund requests for the same or different Services, or where the customer has not complied with these Terms. Once ordered engagement has been fully delivered and confirmed, it is no longer eligible for a refund; if you encounter any issue with the delivery or quality of a Service, please contact support before the 30-day period expires. All inquiries about refunds should be directed to support@useviral.com. By making a purchase on UseViral, you agree to this policy in its entirety, and UseViral may modify or update it at any time without prior notice.

16. Subscriptions (automatic recurring delivery)

Certain Services may be offered as automatically renewing subscriptions (“Subscriptions”), including plans that deliver likes or similar engagement automatically over a recurring period (for example, monthly). When you purchase a Subscription, you authorise UseViral and/or its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate, including any applicable taxes, until you cancel.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, starting on the date of your first purchase (the “Billing Date”), and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewal charges, and unless stated otherwise at checkout, your Subscription remains active until the end of the then-current billing period.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and non-prorated once charged, except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in the Refunds sections above. If you cancel mid-period, you will typically not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of that billing period.

Subscription delivery applies to your new content going forward: while a Subscription is active, engagement may be delivered to new posts you publish on the applicable account during the active period. A Subscription does not guarantee delivery to posts published before it began or after it ends. To prevent abuse and maintain service quality, delivery is limited to a maximum of four (4) new posts per account per calendar day (the “Daily Post Limit”). Posts published beyond the Daily Post Limit may receive no delivery and will not be carried over, credited, or refunded. We may change this limit as part of our operational and abuse-prevention controls.

• Delivery schedule. Delivery is provided over time during the billing period. Daily delivery amounts, timing, and pacing may vary, and we do not guarantee an exact schedule or timing. We may adjust pacing to account for operational constraints, platform limitations, risk controls, or quality and safety measures.
• Account requirements. You are responsible for keeping your account eligible for delivery throughout the Subscription period, including keeping it public and not changing usernames. If your account becomes ineligible (for example, through a private setting, username change, restriction, block, or removal), delivery may pause and we are not responsible for any resulting shortfall during that period.
• Service interruptions. The Services may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable due to maintenance, platform changes, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where appropriate, we will attempt to resume delivery when possible; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery.

17. Payment failures and subscription changes

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend delivery until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your Subscription, or your access to the Services, for non-payment, suspected fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or other unlawful activity. We may also change Subscription pricing, features, or plan structures from time to time; where a change affects your Subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable law, and unless stated otherwise, pricing changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you do not agree to a change, you must cancel before it takes effect.

18. EU/EEA consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days. However, for digital services or content that begin immediately, this right can be lost where (and as required by law) you (i) expressly request immediate performance during the withdrawal period and (ii) acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service begins. Where applicable, we may request this consent or acknowledgement at checkout. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

19. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference) and any terms presented to you at checkout, make up the entire agreement between you and UseViral regarding your use of the Services, and supersede any prior agreement or understanding on that subject. Where a term presented to you at checkout conflicts with these Terms, the checkout term governs for that order.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be treated as a waiver of that right or provision. To be effective, any waiver must be in writing, and a waiver on one occasion does not waive any right on any future occasion.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any of your rights or obligations under them, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, without restriction. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.

We are not liable for any delay in or failure to perform the Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or labour disputes, failures of utilities or telecommunications, changes to or outages of third-party platforms, or government action. Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

20. Acknowledgement
