1. Who we are

UseViral is operated by UseViral LTD (“UseViral”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We provide social-media growth and engagement services across the platforms listed on our site. In these terms, “Services” means our website, dashboard, and any order you place.

2. Not affiliated with the platforms

UseViral is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, Meta, Google, Spotify, Twitch, LinkedIn, ByteDance, or any other platform. All product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. It is your responsibility to follow each platform's own rules; we are not responsible for actions a platform takes against an account.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. If you create a dashboard account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under it — tell us right away if you think it's been compromised. We never ask for or store the password to your social-media account; we only need the public URL or username for your profile, post, or video.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown per package and may change over time; the price you see at checkout is the price that applies to that order. Payment is handled by our third-party payment provider using secure, encrypted connections — we do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment completes and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.

5. Delivery

Most orders begin within about 30 minutes and are drip-fed to look natural. Larger packages may be spread over several days to keep growth organic. Delivery times are good-faith estimates and can vary with platform conditions, demand, and provider availability; they are not guaranteed to the minute.

6. Keeping your profile deliverable

For us to deliver, your target has to stay reachable throughout the order. You agree to:

• Keep your account and the target profile, post, or video public while the order is being delivered.
• Not change your username/handle, delete the target post, or make the account private mid-delivery.
• Not run a competing campaign on the same target from another provider at the same time, as that can distort the counts we track.
• Provide an accurate delivery link or username — you're responsible for what you enter.

7. Refunds & refills

Every order is backed by our money-back guarantee and refill guarantee, as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: if we miss the agreed count or speed, contact support and we'll refill or refund the affected portion. Refunds don't apply where an order has already been delivered as described, where the issue was caused by a change on your side (going private, changing your username, deleting the post), or where our terms have been breached.

8. Credits & promotional balances

Some accounts hold credits or promotional balances (for example, a first-order bonus). Credits are a prepaid store balance valued at 1 credit = $1 toward orders on UseViral. They are not cash, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and have no value outside our store. Promotional or bonus credits (such as a free first-order credit) are non-refundable and may expire or carry conditions shown when they're issued. If an order paid with credits is refunded, the refund is normally returned as credits.

9. Chargebacks & payment disputes

If something's wrong with an order, contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us is treated as a fraudulent dispute. Where a dispute is fraudulent, we may remove any engagement already delivered, suspend or terminate your account and credits, and submit our records of the order and delivery to the payment provider as evidence. This doesn't affect your legal rights where a genuine issue exists.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, to target accounts or content you don't own or have permission to promote, to harass or harm others, or to interfere with, scrape, or abuse the site or our systems. We may refuse, hold, or cancel orders that breach these terms or a platform's rules.

11. Business use & disclosure

You're welcome to use UseViral for personal or business goals. If you use our Services in a commercial context, you're responsible for meeting any disclosure, advertising, or platform obligations that apply to you. Engagement metrics are a growth tool, not a representation or endorsement by UseViral of any person, product, or business, and you agree not to present them as such in a misleading way.

12. Our content & intellectual property

The UseViral site, branding, text, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your use of the Services only. You may not copy, republish, mirror, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the site or our software without our written permission.

13. Availability

We work hard to keep the Services running, but we don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw parts of the Services, including features and packages, without notice.

14. Disclaimers

The Services and any materials on the site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we make no warranty about the accuracy, results, or reliability of the Services or of any third-party site we link to. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UseViral is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits, data, or reach), or for actions a third-party platform takes against your account, which are outside our control. Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it.

16. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an account, cancel orders, or withhold delivery where we reasonably suspect fraud, a chargeback abuse, illegal activity, or a serious breach of these terms. Where we lawfully can, we'll aim to tell you why.

17. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and you agree that the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights. Please contact support first — we'd much rather fix the problem than fight about it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date, and continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
